Terms of Use

Platform: The Textualiza web application, available at textualiza.com.br, including all its features, APIs, and associated services.

User: Any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Platform.

Account: The User's individual registration on the Platform, protected by access credentials.

Content: Documents, texts, images, and any data uploaded by the User for processing on the Platform.

Services: The features offered by the Platform, including OCR, data extraction, document analysis, and content generation.

By creating an account or using the Platform, the User declares that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use in full.

If the User does not agree with any provision of these Terms, they must immediately stop using the Platform.

Textualiza reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, notifying Users by email or through a notice on the Platform. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

To use the Services, the User must create an Account by providing true, complete, and up-to-date information.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activities performed under their Account.

The User must immediately notify Textualiza of any unauthorized use of their Account.

Textualiza reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms.

The Platform offers free and paid plans. Prices and conditions for each plan are available on the pricing page.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Textualiza does not store credit card data.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).

The User may cancel their plan at any time. Access to plan features will be maintained until the end of the already-paid period.

Textualiza reserves the right to change prices with 30 days' prior notice.

The Platform, including its source code, design, logos, trademarks, and original content, is the exclusive property of Mupi Systems.

The User retains ownership of the Content uploaded for processing. Textualiza does not acquire any rights over the User's Content.

The User grants Textualiza a limited license to process the uploaded Content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.

Textualiza will not use the User's Content for AI model training or any purpose beyond delivering the contracted Services.

The User agrees not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts of other Users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Upload content containing viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without authorization
• Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without authorization
• Intentionally overload the Platform's infrastructure

Textualiza will treat the User's Content as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, except when necessary for service delivery or as required by law.

Textualiza adopts technical and organizational measures to protect Content confidentiality, including encryption in transit and at rest.

Processed documents are automatically deleted after the period defined in the User's Account settings.

The processing of personal data by Textualiza is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

Textualiza fully complies with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Lei 13.709/2018).

The Platform is provided "as is." Textualiza strives to maintain high availability and accuracy but does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

AI-generated results are supplementary and do not replace professional human analysis. The User is responsible for validating results before making decisions.

Textualiza is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of results generated by the Platform.

Textualiza's total liability for any damages shall be limited to the amount paid by the User in the last 12 months.

Textualiza shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Textualiza shall not be liable for interruptions caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to internet failures, natural disasters, or government actions.

The User may close their Account at any time through the Platform settings.

Textualiza may suspend or terminate the User's Account in case of violation of these Terms, with prior notice when possible.

After termination, the User's Content will be deleted within 30 days, except where legally required to be retained.

Clauses that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, and Limitation of Liability.
